You’ve known since you were young that old televisions see more than they were meant to. Signals bleeding over their intended targets, mixed interactions and amplifications, all a stew of light and noise with brief moments of clarity. You stare, long and unflinching, into the gray lights at midnight and see a vision of something in the static.

This Plot Development System was made for the Tiny Library Mosaic Game Jam (Modern Fantasy) using the MOSAIC Strict design philosophy. This text can be combined with other MOSAIC Strict modules to compile rules for a game.
